Eco Rent A Car (hence by referred to as “Eco Rent A Car or “we”, or “us ) is owned by Ecos (I) Mobility & Hospitality Pvt Ltd. ECO RENT A CAR provides this Privacy Policy to inform Users of Eco Rent A Car’s Web Site (hereinafter referred to as “Web Site’) of Eco Rent A Car’s policies and procedures regarding the collection, use and disclosure of personally identifiable information received from Users of the Web Site. No data transmission over the internet or any wireless network can be guaranteed to be secure and therefore Eco Rent A Car cannot ensure or guarantee the security of any information User transmits to Eco Rent A Car and User does so at his/her own risk.
