Terms & Conditions : (with chauffeur & fuel)

• Mileage and time are noted from garage to garage.
  
  
• Interstate taxes, permit fee, parking fee, toll tax etc. shall be extra unless otherwise included.
  
  
• 50% Extra payable for normal hill terrain running.
  
  
• Night charges applicable between 12 a.m. to 5 a.m.
  
  
• For outstation usage, minimum average running of 225 kms per day to be charged.
  
  
• Service Tax as applicable would be charged extra.
  

Terms & Conditions : Self Drive

• Cost of fuel to be borne by renter. The car will be supplied with a full tank and is to be returned with a full tank.
  
  
• Customer must return the car to its original rental location.
  
  
• Pickup or Drop charges @$6.00/-
  
  
• Customer must be minimum 25 years of age and should possess a valid driving license for at least 2 years with no endorsement.
  
  
• Foreigners should possess a valid international driving license.
  
  
• Customer must also carry a valid identification document like passport.
  
  
• A refundable deposit of $460/- is applicable for all cars, which will be forfeited in case of accident / damage / scratch to the car or theft of accessories.
  
  
• Other terms as per rental agreement apply.
  
  
• Cards issued by all Indian banks and also international credit cards accepted. Rates on calendar day basis.

• The client will be fully responsible for daily upkeep, police Challans, interstate taxes, minor maintenance, offenses or misuse of any kind of the car.
